Hi, I am Alena, Nice to meet you. 

MY VISION IS TO HELP I help health and wellness women entrepreneurs to simplify their admin and tech tasks. 

Curiosity and willingness to learn took me to the path of self-discovery and self-development. Thanks to that I've gained working experience in 4 different countries - the UK, the USA, the Czech Republic, and now Spain. For the past 12 years, I worked in multicultural teams of between 5 to 30 people where I could gain valuable experiences.

During my studies in Cambridge, UK I met very aspiring teachers, and my passion for a holistic approach to health began. I have studied Swedish massage therapy, EFT and The Balance procedure - which thought me to look at the whole person rather than treat only actual health needs. With the holistic approach to health, I could significantly improve my weak immune system at that time and solve the problem of chronic ulcers in the mouth (which I have suffered for over 6 years).

I strongly believe that holistic healing is the way to go and that is why I want to help women entrepreneurs take their businesses to another level so they can help more people.

You have head full of ideas, you bought expensive courses but still you seems not be able to move forward. 

Like my client Blanka. She had her head full of ideas but no time to execute them. Despite going through various courses on how to build and launch her business online - her online presence was really inconsistent.

I realize how important and helpful is to start delegating tasks you may not have time for or you not have the patience to learn. I am here to help you - assisting entrepreneurs with their administrative and tech-savvy tasks, putting your ideas to action, and making sure your projects and campaigns are running smoothly.

As I am a very curious person and willing to learn and develop my skill when needed. In recent days I Ultimate branding blueprint which included many marketing tips and how to build web from the scratch or transfer online courses of my client to the Thinkific site (which is a very user-friendly site for online courses).

I finished massage therapy certification while studying my Bachelor degree in Tourism management. This started my passion for holistic approach to health. 

Thanks to the EFT (emotional freedom technique) I was able to dive and complete my first aid and lifeguarding certificate!

I spend one summer as a lifeguard in Herndon, Virginia. 

I could never imagine living elsewhere than our family house, small city where I grow up... But fast forward 20 years I lived in UK, USA and I am currently in Spain. 

I love cooking and trying new recipes. 

I show my love through food and enjoying shopping and spending hours to prepare some delicious food. 

I have been fortunate to work with Alena in the past years.

From the start, I understood Alena's passion for automation and capability to navigate easily on all platforms that I have been using (WP, Active Campaign, accounting system Bexio, medical invoices 509, OnceHub, Canva PRO, Zapier and many more).
